Technology and New Media fosters creativity by giving everyone more options.  With all different forms of apps and media platforms around,  people can post and share things with others. Media allows step by step processes of how things are done, like how to knit a sweater or how make a fancy meal. You can also turn an ordinary picture into one worthy of framing by adding filters. You can even restore old music, make posters, etc...
